LBP School of Dance presents Coppélia, a fun ballet about a couple whose path to the marriage alter is anything but easy when Franz falls for Coppelius's life-like doll, Coppélia. Swanhilda and her girlfriends break into Coppelius's toy shop to get the real story and win back Franz's heart.

About the event
Dr. Coppélius made a life-size dancing doll. It is so lifelike that Franz, a village youth, becomes infatuated with it and sets aside his heart's true desire, Swanhilda. She shows him his folly by dressing as the doll, pretending to make it come to life and ultimately saving him from an untimely end at the hands of the inventor.
