What is Living By Performing Dance Company?

Living By Performing Dance Company (LBPDC) is LBP’s competitive dance team. This wonderful group of dedicated young dancers take classes at LBP, rehearse team choreography, and compete throughout the Chicago suburbs. Dancers attend one practice competition, four regional competitions, one team recital and national competition.

What are the requirements to become a LBPDC member?

Dancers must have taken classes at LBP for at least one year and be at least 7 years of age. Dancers are required to take at least two classes (for minis/juniors) and three classes (for teens/juniors) at LBP during the regular dance season. LBPDC members attend rehearsals on Tuesdays 7-9pm and Saturdays 1-4pm. (Please note the schedule rotates and dancers are not scheduled for every Tuesday and Saturday).
