COVID Note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, the following may change. We ask that you be flexible in the event that the performance needs to be moved, modified, or cancelled. We will follow city and state guidelines and mandates as we move forward in offering our students this opportunity to perform.
1. Dancers must be available to attend Sunday rehearsals. Rehearsals run until the show in April. If a dancer misses more than 2 rehearsals, she/he may be replaced. If there is an absence, you MUST inform the Director at ejohnsonlbp@gmail.com. There is no rehearsal on Easter Sunday.
2. Dancers must attend the two dress rehearsals and the two performances (4/22 & 4/23).
3. Swan Lake participation fees will be bundled as an $100 all-inclusive fee which includes 5 tickets and the costume fee. Each additional student within a family is $20 for the costume fee.
4. Each dancer needs an adult sponsor (parent, relative, friend) to volunteer to help with ushering, sewing, selling refreshments, etc... Families will be able to sign up for volunteer positions online. Please watch your email for the link.
